So you need either a web wallet like Metamask or a mobile wallet like Trust Wallet. There are tutorials on youtube on how to install and get those set up. Deposit your ETH from the exchange into one of those wallets. Then go to uniswap and connect your wallet. If you use trust wallet it's through the walletconnect option and you scan the QR code.

Then swap ETH for REEF on Uniswap. Instead of just typing REEF in (you should always do this) copy the contract code from etherscan.io (search REEF)
