If you’re planning to trade actively you absolutely can’t use Coinbase. I use binance which has much lower fees, if you’re in burgerstan you’ll need a euro VPN for that. IIRC Coinbase makes you wait 7 days after buying coins to transfer them, in the meantime I’m pretty sure you can transfer your shit to Coinbase pro which has lower fees.

Honestly, if you are freaking out over a $100 swing then you really shouldn't be trading at all. Stick to long term investments like vanguard index funds. Just relax and ride it out, this is why you never use more than you can afford to lose and unless you're really comfortable with volatility, then stick to btc, eth, and ltc.

>> No.28683232

>>28682981
Point is Eth classic is worthless long term, mostly suggesting graph because it's around $1 and on coinbase so it'll be a comfier hold and the general consensus is its worth more. Uniswap is a safe buy too but you'll only get a few coins for $75

Investing small amounts is fine, it only sucks down the line when you realize how much you'd have if you bought more.
e.g I bought a few ETH for $10 and was buying $20 Bitcoin purchases when it was <$500. Made good money but would have made it if i'd put real money in back then.

you dont get fucked by swapping coins in binance since it's all within their platform, also they have a bunch of coins on there. you will have to trade coins into USDT then into another coin, but you'll get used to it. Also you can just trade over your coins from your coinbase wallet to your binance wallet but it might take 3 days. it's better than trading into real money then trading it into crypto and getting fucked by even more fees.

This. Trading is not for everyone and with crypto it can be extremely difficult, more so when you're dealing with transaction fees and limits. I know everyone wants to make 20X returns but for 90% of the population, just dollar cost averaging 3-4 coins will get them consistent, big returns. Look at the coins on coinbase. Almost nothing there has tanked to the point of being s washout or failure. Do your research, pick good coins, and follow up on your portfolio every month and you'll be fine.

Buying in at a high point is not an issue if the overall trend is still up. Basic stuff, so calm down. Make some cash available to further wade in as inevitable dips occur, if you believe the medium to long term trend is up. Understanding you're not a rich guy, try to target 100 investment increments if you can. Btc, eth, link seem to be decent holds for the next 3 to 5 years. Good chance 1k becomes 10k over that time, but have realistic expectations.

He's a retard. If someone wants to try to swing, go for it, but that's 100% gambling. Crypto as a market is undervalued, so buying and holding top 10 coins is a surefire way to make money. This includes riding out the lows.

Or that you're looking to make enough that you can liquidate and I've off of that? There are educated professionals that can't do what you're doing. If you're on coinbase I'm assuming you're also a burger like me, in which case you should convert all of your shitcoins into BTC and move it to kucoin, since it doesn't require KYC like Binance, and buy ADA. It's bound to do a 3x at least, so do it while it's still under a dollar.
