I had this problem too
Their defi platform is a bit shit
The issue is a tiny amount of whatever coin you minted like fBTC is “stuck” forever as a fee except you can never repay the fee because reasons
Basically you need to withdraw as much sFTM as you can then pay back in a small amount of wFTM to replace the sFTM as collateral

Then you can withdraw most of your balance but that little bit of wFTM is pretty much locked forever

Only option I know, I’ve been told there is no way to repay the fee
