What's the best crypto app for alt coins? Binance seems to be a mess with a bad reputation for customer service, long verification times, and payments disappearing.

IMO Gemini and Kraken are the best exchanges but if you want the 'best' exchange for alt coins then use CuckBase (coinbase)
