GRT about to have a break out, get in while you can
Lmao looks like it's getting ready to dump below $1
finally we're out from 2.35 at least for a little bit
I’m happy with it now, but I’ll take more money
Breakout downwards kek. GRT won’t reach its ATH in 2021. Screencap this>t. Bought at 30c and sold the literal top for once in my life
Have pity on those whose chances grows thinner
and there it goes! sorry anon but maybe there is still a little bit of time to get in?
>>2863466191 iq midwit checking in. i listened to the link memes and that worked out. i waited too long to buy grt but im about to buy a fomo in at the near-top like a fucking retard b/c fuck it why not.i'm deciding between dropping 34k on it right now vs 21k and putting another 2k in per week for the next 6 weeks. what's gonna land me more grt tokens?
Finally broke 2.35 holy shit.At least this growth is a bit more natural than the one we had yesterday.t. bought more GRT at 2.7
>>28635213This token is very unpredictable but I'm not seeing it drop below 2.2 in the foreseeable future. You could wait for a dip that may not come or buy now. Trying to time the market will either save you a couple hundred or price you out.
NULS is about to have a literal actual breakout get in while you can. DYOR and check the 1 week charts
>>28634661>about to have a break out>guys please come create a break outthose bags must be heavy

Historically, GRT is a pump and dump. Hate to break it to you folks, but it is. These are the facts. People saying it isn't, you're on the wrong side of the data. The entire market is being run by trade bots. Large GRT tokens have been already allocated to holders, way before GRT even hit the exchange platforms, because of testnet operations (before mainnet).I estimate each token to be valued at 0.30-0.35 maximum until larger companies want to use it, which currently they don't, because it is too expensive too. ETH is expensive, in general, to use anyway. With that being said, GRT is a utility token which means the price has to remain low for companies to even want to use it. It is just the way it is right now.

I actually had a cool idea for The Graph, a decentralised torrent tracker system. That way people in countries where trackers are blocked (China, Iran) but still have access to ETH network could use GRT to find peers. Could any anons who know more about it tell me if this is feasible?

A real-life example is an index in a book. Instead of going through the whole book page by page to find a concept we’re looking for, we can find it much quicker in the index, which is sorted alphabetically and it contains a reference to the actual page in a book. "The google of blockchain" isn't just a genius marketing catchphrase for normies, it's literally what GRT is. BTC is like fucking AOL at it's peak. To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand The Graph. The technology is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical indexing most of the graphs will go over a typical retard's head. There's also Yaniv's jewish outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Satoshi-Vitalik literature, for instance. The bagholders understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these delegations, to realize that they're not just needed - they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike The Graph truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the bull signal in Yaniv's existencial catchphrase "Google of blockchain, motherfuckers" which itself is a cryptic reference to Sergey's Russian epic Pump and Dump I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Tal's genius unfolds itself on their binance screens. What fools... how I pity them. And yes by the way, I DO have a GRT tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- And even they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 GRT of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.
OK whatever I'm just going to dump these bags, crypto is so hot right now I'll make it back in like 2 days. What do I FOMO into this time /biz/ and don't give a coin that's already up 40000% like GRT
>>28641609I'll take my shot to explain it how I understand it. Basically:>Anyone can make a subgraph on the Graph network. >A subgraph is simply a container that contains important data about a dapp, service, protocol or website. i.e coingecko, CMC, Uniswap, etc.>After a subgraph is made, the consumer (usually a developer) can query that subgraph ot fetch the relevant info they want.>To query a subgraph, you pay in GRT a very small amount.>That small amount then get burnt and gone unless there is an indexer servicing the subgraph.>There can be multiple indexers for one subgraph, and similarly, an indexer can service multiple subgraphs>Indexers are incentivized to index because they get % of the query fees + % of the 3% annual issuance.>Curators get incentivized for choosing a subgraph and get a portion of the query fees as well.>delegators get incentivied since they get a cut from the indexers' rewards
Last two digits is GRTs EOY price

>>28641379what
>>28641971I'm still a little shaky on what exactly a subgraph is. When a subgraph is created, does that mean it is already indexed? Or is a subgraph more like an easy-to-use platform with which indexers can come in and organize data on top of? I'm not seeing where the financial incentive is to create a subgraph also.
Search bar just got added to thegraph.com !!!!Google of Blockchain is ready for use!$100 end of year!!!!
>>28642075yes please

WIMI with 6k girth?
It may well struggle for now but with how it appears to work I see no reason why GRT won't be a good long-term hold, selling now even if there's some bad dips feels like a complete waste.
>>28642373Getting jew'd hard right now with low vol
>>28642178Because the fees are small and if as a developer if you can make a SasS product utilizing The Graph, you can make profit even with query fees by charging a monthly subscription with your app. That's just once of the scenarios I could think of. Indexers basically are GRT holders with lots of GRT tokens and enough resources to become an indexer. Those that want to accumulate as much GRT become indexers. And they are rewarded pretty comfortably assuming a subgraph becomes heavily used thanks to Query fees.

2.31 buy order is slightly ambitious, 2.32 would almost certainly fill, you are right on the cunt's hair
GRT going to ATH parabolic time check em
>>28634661Sure looks like the meme market cycle graph and you are about to tank down from complacency
>>28640961yikes, very bearish
Am i retarded pr isn't this pattern neither bullish or bearish? Coverging triangle signifies a breakout is likely to come, but the direction is normally 50/50 no?

Delegate and chill if you have 5000 or more. I started with 10,500 and have close to 11,000 from delegating. I was thrilled to have $35,000 at the peak, but at $24,000 I still feel OK. This is definitely going to be a wild ride for us GraphChads. I have a feeling we are going to get some insane returns from GRT in the long run.Imagine when they start rolling out the subgraphs. We're going to get pumps every time they add a batch of new subgraphs. Many are starting to undelegate to trade because of the price jump because my rewards are going up. Their tokens will all unlock on March 10th or so. There will be an intense amount of activity around that time, people dumping and trading for more. I think a lot of people are undelegating half their stack to trade. Not sure how this will affect the price. Could be another good time to buy, or all the trading will make for another pump. Very excited looking forward to March 10th.
>>2864326650/50 no other factors considered. Tax returns, $1400 NEETbux, and a full-on bull run tends to dictate the most likely outcome. Still could go the other way though, ngl
>>28643266I keep hearint about the breakout but then I see charts like this:>>28643207and slightly shit my pants. What if the peak was the actual peak and its downhill from here? Oh well, only have 600 tokens so i guess I’ll be ok
>>28643385I’m delegating 8k GRT right now, have another 3k GRT sitting in my wallet, aigmi
>>28643385But, that's what I'm afraid of.. even if I undelegate, I would have to wait a month to trade right?
>>28643397True, though right in this instance rover the next couple hours those factors aren't present. Ugh idk, I've already been sitting at some decent profits on this, and now its the choice to cash it and buy in expecting a pullback, or move funds in, in anticipation of an upward move. WHAT DO I DO AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
>>28643160Considering how many times in the last hour and a half it has bounced off 2.34, might even be higher.
$1 end of day check 'em
Anyone know why a whale would be moving around GRT like this? Transferred millions from wallets to other wallets like binance, then sent out 270k to a bunch of different wallets. Any chance this isn't going to end terribly for us?
>>28636418Xj8 supercharged. Same thing I'm gonna buy.
major bear flag on the 24 hour candle, see you next bull run GRT bagholders
>>28643266Signals something is going to happen. AFAIK descending wedge on low volume is bullish but it's anyone's guess.Right now, as in today, there's little incentive for it to go down (early delegators still locked up, no recent token release, etc.).
>>28643385yall delegating with metamask? i saw the metamask hack thread the other day and the fud got to me. 13k stacklet here
>>28643091>>28643160tfw I cancelled to put it down for 2.314 but managed to type in 3.314 so I bought it at 2.36 instead. oh well, it was only part of my swing bag and I still made a small profit from my sell point
>>28643467I am currently delegating 10,000. I get about 6 GRT a day. Think of GRT rewards as having a clone that has a job and hands you the money at the end of each day.GRT at $1: 12 year old with cheap father raking the backyard 365 days a year.GRT at $5: Drifter that does "odd jobs" 365 days a year.GRT at $10: Full time manager at Arby's. No vacations or holidays.GRT at current LINK price: High school teacher. No vacations or holidays.GRT at $50: Low tier porn star that makes 365 movies a year.GRT at $100: Salaried doctor at outpatient clinic.GRT at $1000: Lower mid-tier NBA player. This is without query rewards...I wrote this the other day to get myself psyched about the potential of my 10,000
>>28643467I bought that much at .10 cents. No
>>28643592They’re hoarding it to delegate in several accounts I think
>>28643706This
>>28643537Pump starting now. Digits confirm.
>>28643466I actually think GRt rally’s to new ath highs long term but I think it’s going to dump hard over the next few weeks. Set buys at $1.00
>>28643800Checked
>>28643661I am honestly am so fucking scared about using metamask. I never leave anything in there longer than I have to. It's a fucking browser extension for Christs sake. What about keyloggers? Jesus.
>>28643609Good man
>>28643683Thank you anon, this gave me hopium. Never gonna sell

>>28643683But the fair price for that token is $0.30
>>28642989this tb h desu
>>28643869so youre using metamask to delegate? that fucking thread got to me. i'm waiting for coinbasepro to let us delegate from there i think that's in the pipeline with how hard theyre pumping it and the instituational backing plus coinbase wants to pivot itself as a crypto bank anyway
>>28643296
>>28642596
Decided to buy 300, let's see how this goes.
>>28643661>the metamask hack threadWhat happened with Metamask?
>>28634661>2 hours laterlmaoif you cant recognize the direction of the chart of where its currently heading, you deserve to lose all your moneygreedy retards now COPE
>>28644208It's not metamask itself, the OP used metamask on a cell phone and ended up getting hacked, he probably had malware installed. That thread did make me get a Ledger though, I'm not taking any fucking chances.
>>28643683my one dream is to own at least 10k GRT. Then maybe it wouldnt feel so bad to pay these retarded gas prices to delegate themI had the chance to accumulate the next LNK and all I can muster is fucking 1k stack
>>28644208Nothing, I don't know what these losers are fudding about. Someone got keylogged, that's it.
>>28636284>Let me graffiti your memes frenHAAAAAAAAAAA
>>28644277You're not gonna buy my bags, fud.
>>28644032yeah, I did buy my 10,000 at .30. It was the first time I said "fuck it" and went all in on a coin. I've only been trading for about 3 months, it was just luck. The more I read about it the more I think it is a solid project. Once we get the query rewards coming in on the large indexers, I think more people will consider delegating.
I don't think I've seen this little movement before
>>28644300>>28644359Oh. I'm not worried. A hardware wallet probably wouldn't be a terrible idea though, however they're not hack proof either.
36 hours later and not a single TA based prediction has come true, why exactly do you waste time on that garbage
>>28642596What a good son you are. Now go buy her some XLM so she might taste the 3rd world oppression for herself.
>>28644305DCA to the 10k dream dipshit, this pump wont last forever
>>28642596ygmi boy
>>28644129when you delegate, the coins no longer appear in your wallet. If someone tried to undelegate and rob me i would notice because i check my rewards every day. The 28 day thing is good for many reasons.
>>28644529The way I use it is to act as a structure for educated guesses. If it increases my accuracy by just 15% that turns a 50/50 into a 65/35 split of a successful trade. Found a nice inverse H&S on 1Inch the other day and pocketed a nice 15% swing
>>28644569I'm a newfag, what is DCA?
>>28644208>>28644300yeah all of the metamask hacks seem like theyve been using the mobile app on an android but still sheesh
>>28644736Dollar cost average.

we're in the crab phase prob will be like this for a few days until there's more news of people adopting or what not
>>28644467NOOOOOOOOOYOU’RE NOT SUPPOSED TO ACTUALLY DO RESEARCH AND SEE THIS COIN HAS INSANE POTENTIAL AND GOOD UTILITY!!! HISTORICALLY, GRT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PUMP AND DUMP REEEEEEEEEEE
>>28644830so you mean recurring DCA purchases or something?
>>28644967what is ??? pls spoonfeed
>>28644305when i delegated, the gas fees weren't as ridiculously high as they are now. I added 1,500 back then and the gas fee was about $7. I tried to move $100 between exchanges the other night, and the gas fee was $30! I put it in the metamask queue for $15 and it finally went through while I was asleep.
>>28645038THE POOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMP
