Harmony hasn't been added into Coinbase and it never will be. There is no random waiting period or anything else they could do for it.
It just tells that there is something wrong and they can't pass audit. Binance has less strict audits, but it costs more.

I dont think Coinbase will ever accept this coin, as there is probably something fundamentally wrong with this project. It's probably something that doesn't work well with the laws and regulations in USA.
