I thought the same, but now thinking about it differently. This could really be China. but not CCP investing. You cant really trade out money normally in China but they do have ways to get it to off shore accounts. Mix in depositing it all into various coins through different traders and you have hidden your wealth from the government that is cracking down harder and harder on everything.
