Dev team is still anonymous atm which is the only thing that might make some people apprehensive about this coin, but they've laid out a solid roadmap including a very heavy marketing camapaign. If I had to guess we'll know who they are pretty soon. They've been following their roadmap to a T and their code has been autited so we can cross out them being Pajeets at the least

yes it might, can and will. particularly when complex finance is involved like lending w/ collateral, you'd want a team who know what they are doing. without that information the likelihood of not only a rugpull, but a critical fundamental bug a la AAVE increases exponentially.

P2P means you won't need to supply liquidity to a pool like Uniswap. Instead you will designate a number of tokens you are willing to trade from your wallet and create an order of sort. once a matching order is filled the exchange will take place. that's my basic understanding of a P2P exchange.
