AGI is trying to build a decentralised ai network, of which agi will be the payment token. AFAIK the aim is to have a lot of specified ai apps that can all be networked together for greater total capability. I'm a fucking brainlet though, so I might be completely off. Ben Goertzel seems like a fucking genius in the area of ai, so I trust that. Plus it's cheap as fuck and has gone from around 4c when I purchased to 18c
