It's not really a risk. It could lead to situations like chainlink is in, where sergay dumps millions of links on the market to take advantage of buying pressure. I'd imagine that wallet belongs to the PPAY team, as the sale of tokens can raise capital. It's generally in their best interest to not dump to the point of crashing their own token's price.
