If by sustainable you mean lasting forever then no. This will last until August, mayyyybe December if we're really lucky. It all depends when the mania phase kicks in.
Making $8k in 2 days doesn't make much sense, I know. But bull markets don't have to make sense, that's the beauty of it.
By July you could be making $20k a DAY just so you know.

Just to add to this, I have friends who were caught up in the GME/Doge hype. When I tried telling them good projects to invest into they would just give a blank stare and say that doge is going to $10.
No one was interested in putting in more than $500 into the market or into anything BUT doge I tried telling them to atleast get some ETH and they just didn't care.
It WAS a mini mania phase, but it was limited to a few stocks and doge. We haven't seen a full crypto market mania phase yet.
