What's the best site for EU citizen to buy bitcoins in terms of fees?
I am just getting my feet wet here and wasted 20% of my money of fucking fees and other shit buying from a shit site.

retail.bitcoinsuisse.ch for <15k
The more you buy, the less fees you will pay.

lesson learned
never stay in fiat for too long and learn to take your loses

>> No.2847957

I dont trust exchanges at all, that's why I use brokers. Google "bittrex scam" and see for yourself. It's the same bullshit with every exchange. When using them, you agree their term of conditions which basically says that if they fuck up, lose your coins or your money, get hacked, etc. they are not responsible.
I read everyday people wiring several thousands to those exchanges and the money is lost for weeks, customer support is inexistant, etc. You will send money to them and there is a high chance they won't do anything about it. That's why I prefer to pay fees but knowing my coins will be sent as soon as they receive the money.
If you buy for 500, you will have 4% fees
for 5000, 3.5% fees
and lees if over 15k.
It sucks to pay fees but I prefer that than the headache of an exchange who lost my money or coins

dude i respect your argument about trusting exchanges etc. but 3.5-4% fees is absolutely fucking insane.

kraken and gemini has less than 0.25% fees. imo they're trustworthy enough to buy from them. storing coins there long-term is another thing though
