Thank God this fucking shitcoin is finally slated to fall apart before all of our eyes.
I gotta tell you, I actually started learning solidity a while ago and deployed some contracts. It cost me HUNDREDS of dollars just to test out my stupid amateur test projects thanks to the gas prices.
The gas prices are even worse now than they were when I did it.
What a shitty fucking network. Totally unscalable.
What will take over for ETH? Polkadot? Solana? Cardano?

I've got Cardano. I think that's the one. I dunno. You'll notice every possible ETH alternative is going through the roof right now. I think Cardano is easily the best alternative and supposedly has support for smart contracts coming to the platform in March.

OK there, I made my pitch about the coin I hold, now for the rest of the thread we discuss the imminent demise of Ethereum, the shittiest shitcoin of them all, and how happy we all are about it.

this is eth fud + ada shilling, but basically correct. my personal bet on an eth killer is algo over ada, but only time will tell.

Where does the money from the gas fees even go?!

FLARE.

You're right lol. I'm ETH fudding but I had to believe enough in my own FUD to actually buy into the main ETH competitor, Cardano. So like yeah it's FUD but by definition I need to believe my own FUD in this case. And I very much do, because the entire ETH network is cracking under a stress that everyone has known for years that it was not designed to handle and ETH2.0 prob won't be fully rolled out for another 5 fucking years. And even then it might suck and not fix any problems. Or make a million new problems.

So yeah it's FUD. It's legit and justified FUD, I think.

Hahaha you realize the test net is free, yes?

So I THINK it goes into the blocks, which then get mined. If I'm wrong about that someone can correct me. I dunno for sure but I know I'm not going to spend another minute learning this shitty platform because I have convinced myself it is worthless junk, totally irredeemable and will be soon replaced by superior alternatives.

Such obvious FUD to shill your bags lmao.
You haven't created a single contract let alone learn Solidity. What kind of dev test their contracts on the live net with actual funds lmao.
Did you forget that there was a testnet and faucet to test? Braindead pajeet.

>> No.28426571

why didnt you use the testnet to test the coins?? Kinda stupid to use real eth to pay for tests

This is how I know you're a fucking larper who has never coded ever

Yeah do know that. I deployed them on testnets first but when I moved up to my first real project and wanted to try getting stuff on the mainnet I was very unpleasantly shocked by the financial dings it put in my account.

Deploying on main net is literally the same procedure as deploying on test net you stupid larper

>> No.28426790

>>28426560
I didn't test it on the live net, I tested it on at least two of the testnets first. But then I wanted to push it up to the mainnet and it costs HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS DUDE.
Not only that. NOT ONLY THAT but I waited till fucking 3AM EST lowest volume time with the cheapest gas prices, when all the world was sleeping, and STILL it cost hundreds of dollars.

And not joking at that point I said "fuck the Ethereum network"

I'm not going to go into details about why I needed it on the mainnet but I did. I tested on Rinkeby and Kovan (if I remember right) first. Shut up dude you got no clue what you're talking about.
And if you actually had ever done this process then you'd know it literally costs hundreds of dollars to deploy to the mainnet. And I wasn't even deploying a huge, complicated project
