BUT it also is about pulling money out of the center and distributing it around the circumference. The economy is like a big amoeba and when money concentrates too far into a fixed spot, the center, it gets paralyzed and stagnates. When money flows to the outer portion, it begins to shift and congregate at the location where collectively the market believes the overall organism should flow.
