Literally no consistent revenue stream other than pumping their stock through rumor, and doing an offering...

true but UAVS / AgEagle is just funnier because you can literally see how over valued they are in GoogleMaps.

Is it too late to get into SPAC trading? I feel like the thing is only weeks or months away from imploding so I don't want to get in at the end and end up being a bagholder.

Lol did $BYND not have a similarly shitty ass HQ at the start of their IPO? it was some shitty spot in Maryland IIRC

market leader in their industry vs some drone company that has zero orders and can't find a market to do business in

Could you give me a very tl;dr on how it actually works? It can't possibly be as easy as I've heard some people describe it. Literally just buy a SPAC after it confirms merging with an existing company, wait for the merger to happen and take profits? It can't be that easy.

>Amazonhottipinsiderpumprumor.

This has been going on for like 3 years now, it's always the same. Amazon bought like 2 of their drones in 2016 to test, they passed on the, and Amazon is making drones in house for their use.

But this rumor will never die.

SPAC is created with a par value of $10.

Par value is created by taking each share sold and locking up at least $10 in a trust.

Businessman take the money and go look for a reverse merger candidate.

Find one, leak rumors, price moves above $10 per share, above it's "par value".

official announcement, big pop. Sell the pop.

Buy back around $15, hold until actual merger date.

Sell day before merger date.

Profit.

Oh and if you don't like it, you can redeem your shares for $10.

$10 is literally the floor of a spac pre merger.
