The odds of them not renewing the link, eth and wbtc pools are near-zero. I would personally suggest going for the biggest pool just because it's less likely to be fucked with.
The stablecoins are up in the air for being renewed according to some chats on discord and telegram, since they're apparently a good draw but very hard to manage in an AMM
