It's deflationary by design with a floating cap of 35,000 minted coins, so I'd say 35 is a big money make it stack and 3.5 is probably a third world make it stack.

The cap can only go beyond 35,000 temporarily and in extremely unlikely situations. The long term deflationary mechanics will almost certainly bring it back to 35,000 shortly thereafter.
