I believe NYMT is. But a lot of people seem to shrug off REITs. I've mentioned it on rare occasion back when it was around 2.50, now at 4.00. Dividend looks like it's going back up steadily. At the rate it's going the stock will likely be back at the $6 range by eoy. A 50% increase in value if you only touched shares right now. I had a similar residential REIT play going but I don't think it's worth it without leverage. The market is so biased against REITs right now that they're having trouble with financing, when they should be aggressively expanding.
Personally I like to have as many tickers as I can research, and I dial it back when I hit the limit of distraction or when I don't have enough high confidence plays. Right now I'm getting a great win rate, but I can't tell the 2 baggers from the 4 baggers and I think that means I'm right to spread it around some. I rank my buys by current confidence level and rebalance often.

The first one is rough because you researched the stock and decided it was going up. So why didn't you just buy it? Well a put involves less risk. You have to prepare to be happy with this outcome because if your research was right, it happens a lot.

So you do this only when there is a reason to sell a put instead of buying stock. Puts are safer than holding stock because your downside is protected, that's a good reason. Maybe IV is high because the stock is falling, when put buyers are willing to pay more.

I have been out of trading for some time now, I got a Binance account with my coins, been holding some ETH and other shitcoins for some time, now with higher price I think its time for me to start trading at least 50% of my ETH into some other coins, trying to get that 10%+ on some daily/weekly trades, my questions are:
