evolution.finance launching 2PM today with $300K initial liquidity on uniswap

One of their main selling points is a 100% fair launch with no presale, except the dev has admitted in telegram the devs will be buying first and anyone buying during this period will have their address blacklisted from sending tokens.

1. this contradicts the no presale claim
2. the existence of a blacklist function can surely only lead to a rugpull
