The next big thing after crypto will be quantum tools. These tools will have their own market (stocks, crypto, etc) and one of the most valuable tools will be used to hack dormant crypto wallets.

Probably not. I believe that lost BTC/ETH wallets(wallets that are completely inaccessible due to death of the owner or forgotten/lost) will be so valuable that developers will utilize quantum tech to be able to hack these lost/dormant wallets with the permission of government authorities. I believe that there will be a “time limit” for users to move their funds if they, in fact, own and still have access to the wallet.

Once quantum computers can break encryption thats it its over, bitcoin is worthless but honestly its the least of our worries.
Also the first quantum computer successfully doing this will likely be kept as black project by the government for decades because it pretty much makes you a god in the digital world.

although one of the first signs someone has cracked it might be some coins moving from a criminals account that we know doesnt have any way to access it anymore
