Most of my profit are from ETH. Try finding a coin with a solid use case and low-ish market cap.

Don't chase missed opportunities, there will always be another moonshot. Don't try to swing trade, don't jump between coins. Don't panic sell when it dumps. Just trust your initial assessment and ride it out.

Don't gamble with money you can't afford to lose - hell, don't even gamble with money that would hurt too much to lose.

What worked for me may not work for you, take other opinions into account as well.

Honestly anon - cash out some of your winnings and spend it on a really meaningful experience (hard to do now of course). If you can't get happy from money, but you can't let go of it, then you're in a bind.

I briefly hit $80k profits in a single day and I did not cash out because I did not feel anything. The only thing I felt was asking myself why it's not $500k? I don't think money will make me happy. I'm back down to $20k, still in profit, but I regret not using my brain and used my empty emotions. Only reason I'm here is so I can look after my ageing parents and pay for medical bills. But it's getting hard, it's causing emotional and mental fatigue.
