Crypto.com straight forward and was my first, good if you're new, although think they're FIAT wallet for the UK is fucked at the moment

Now use Binance, maybe looks a bit intimidating but has more options to set buy/sell limits etc.which is handy

kraken does a good job. they recently added a bunch of trading pairs with GBP, including LINK. up until a month ago or so I had to deposit money and then convert it to EUR or USD to buy LINK, but can now straight up buy LINK.

their fees are low too, worth checking out OP

There are no GBP based stablecoins any more just a heads up. Binance had one once upon a time but they discontinued it.

Coinbase Pro but i mean you can use them all in the UK. If gas fees weren't so crazy I used to prefer just using uniswap.
