Perhaps someone with more time on their hands can make this into a general or something everyday

Let’s discuss good methods of passive income that do not include things like dividends, stocks, crypto etc

Awesome trips. Here's the best source of passive income. HEX is the first high interest blockchain certificate of deposit. HEX virtually lends value from stakers to non stakers, as staking reduces supply, causing positive price pressure on unstaked coins. You can read more at Hex.com. On average, you can earn 40% interest which is paid daily. Longer pays better, just like CDs at a bank. I have personally earned 60% interest on stakes 10 to 15 years in length. It’s the best kept secret in crypto because it just launched November 19th, 2020, although there was also a year long prelaunch phase before that, many are still not aware of it! HEX's USD price went up 352x in 361 days. HEX is more secure, faster, cheaper, better for the environment, has more features and addresses a larger market than Bitcoin. Best of all, Hex has been triple audited and the code is complete. It was the most appreciating asset of 2020 and is completely decentralized. What are you waiting for?

You have to buy it and stake it. The good thing about HEX is that you're in charge of your own private keys while staking. Just visit HEX.com for more information. You can also watch Richard Heart's videos on YouTube. Here's his most recent video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f0HBugvRu3s

I know OP specified no crypto, but there're no suitable threads for my question:
Could someone explain to a brainlet like me how am I getting almost double the profit from mining with my gpu? I was getting ~1.5 bucks a day last week and now I am getting almost 4 a day.
I am asking to know if it's a good idea to buy cheap gpus to mine on the side?

You absolute Mong. Passive income pathway is poor mans covered calls.
100K in ITM leaps and selling 5-7% OTM weeklies against it can net you about 50-60K EASY per year.

Growing a fruit tree might work as a "passive" income as long as you farm the fruit it bears at the right season and find a grocery or distributor to sell to. Farming other crops can help, but those will require maintenance.

Excluding them the only thing I can think of is buy property and rent it out or usury.

Poor OP, he posts about an interesting topic and all people do is shill their shitcoin. This really is the state of /biz/.

Anyway me I'm using the low bank rates to buy student housing in a mid size city and rent it. It's slightly profitable, even in this weird year. But it's some work, and I will only be able to live off it at the end of the loans, in 20 years-ish

People mention this alot and it requires a bit of work but vendong/gumball machines are good. I am actually working on this vending machine that doesnt use electricity and will have a big red lever crank. Renting out shit is huge, there are apps that will let you rent out your yard and stuff like that if you dont want to get into legitimate real estate.

As an anon already said, buying and renting property. The only other thing I can think of is giving out loans - but for that, you must be prepared to break some knees if they don't pay up.

Is that still a viable thing to do? How many accounts did you get? Were there certain categories of products that sold well?
Thought about doing this for fun for some time but never got around to it.
Why did they nuke our accounts btw?
