About to use Uniswap to exchange crpto. Should I set gas to high or just leave it at default? I don't want to get fucked here.

if you want to really get the right value you need to set it manually
i like gasnow.org, you can often find a big wall, you should position your transaction right after that. for example set it to 118 gwei rn

Uniswap is barely worth the gas fees right now. It cost me double what I bought in TOSA in gas fees, did it to make sure I was in on the ground floor but I worry about it hurting my margins and it was 1/3 of what gas is now. Unless you're buying high enough it's only a dent in your purchase (which would be dropping a LOT at once on an altcoin), you're probably better off to either wait for a wall like the anon above me said or wait for gas to go down.
