I was surprised that a team that was pretty forward facing would just exit scam like that. I mean, I get the anonymous teams exit scamming, they at least feel like they might be able to get away with it. This though seems weird.

Also Chainlink kind of fucked some people by posting this:

I think the meme of used cars on the blockchain was funny, but I honestly felt like the project was going to be in it for the long haul. Really thought that they had plans to put other assets on it. I also just didn't think people like chainlink would associate with them (I know anyone can use chainlink's oracles etc) or that Tim Draper or Alon Goren would be associated with something that was only going to be a quick exit scam.

I am not a bagholder and have never even bothered to read up on this project, but is it confirmed they have exit scammed? Have the non-anonymous team members disappeared from twitter and such?

LMAO
You know that Tim Draper was one of the first investors in Theranos, right?

Yeah I did know this. But I figured if this thing failed it wouldn't take 6 months. I mean I thought they would make at least some progress and it was one of the few projects trying to connect defi to the real world.
