Any experience with bots?
There are free ones reviewed and advertised on YT/vimeo but do they hold what they promise?
Heard bitcoin robot has a free trial but can't find anything on their website

Bump for experiences, recommendations

I had many bots, but most of them become unprofitable in a while.

It's weird, because it seems that the market "learns" your technique somehow (just hpurs)... maybe others bots react to the market to make it more efficient, I do not know.

I remember I created a very profitable bot, but I got scared of it because it made me lost money in a bearish time. However, it was pretty good for a bullish time and it just was using very basic data, just proportions on the change in the day, hour and week

I'm trying to make a profitable bot using beural networks but my laptop is slow and it seems forever to train it. Maybe I'll have to save some cache and learn a lot more about neural networks tech.

It's like people selling schemes to make 5k USD a month while staying at home and working an hour a day.

If it worked, they would do it.

If bots worked, they would put their entire money on it, and wait.

To share it lowers the effect, it would be counter productive.
I know it's one of those thing that _you want to believe_, but it's not as good as it's said.

Cheers for the honest feedback.

What about those p&d detector bots? A guy is selling one in the topdown slack group but there are free ones advertised on youtube and vimeo etc.
Anyone tried them? Bit scared with random downloads

Also I thought thw bitcoin robot would be dodgy as they say it makes $380 a day... that is a bit too good to be true

You may find it funny, but some of the most profitable bots I created sold low and bought high, but only considering hourly change. I think it works because prices males a "hook". -- Thanks /biz/!

Bots only work well when the markets are bullish.

Not my bots, unfortunatelly. I have a lot more to learn anyway.

There is a p&d detector advertised on vimeo. Running it in a VM for a couple hours now it actually seems alright. Not sure why someone would share it for free though

Bots only work if you know where to set the buy and sell margins based on support and resistance and when to pull your dick out when a bearish trend starts.

“free crypto bots“ was the channel I think. Downloaded an excelsheet from it. It is closed source so I run it in a VM but it seems to only request API data from bittrex. Still, stay suspicious anon. It's from an unknown source after all
