How good is this coin /biz/?

I am trying to buy it in Coinbase but it says it is region locked for me. I am no longer a resident of New York so I don't know why the fuck it is locking me out of buying it still [maybe my old ID]?

Can I just buy this shit on a different exchange and send it back to my Coinbase account? Where is a good alternative to buy this coin?
I am trying to use Kraken, but would like to know if there are better crypto brokerages you anons recommend.
