Man, I barely had any money to work with in the first place, and I also didn't know that they could just FUCKING DROP YOU AND GIVE YOU NOTHING after taking your money. I knew absolutely nothing about any of that shit before, all my crypto experience amounts to swapping some tokens on fucking Coinbase. This is the second fucking time that my transaction has been dropped, first time I tried to swap it for DAI, bought some extra ETH to cover the transaction fee, didn't know that I needed to pay EXTRA for gas on Metamask, so it immediately got canceled. Then I had to transfer all of my DAI back to Coinbase, because swapping it for ETH on Metamask would have cost SIXTY FUCKING DOLLARS otherwise, then swapped it for ETH and sent it back out. Then this shit happened.

You didn't lose your $400, I am looking at it right now on etherscan and you have a balance of $400 (.24 ETH). You do lose gas unfortunately if the transaction fails. Reasons transactions fail/stall is usually due to your slippage percentage being too low or your gas being too low.

You should stay away from uniswap and shitcoins until you have a decent baseline to work with. I would DCA into safe long-term holds like GRT, ETH, BTC until you have more to work with (or until a better alternative comes that solves gas fees).

Just do your own research, take it slow, DCA to build up, and there will be many more opportunities. You were whipped into the hype and FOMO'd into the top of a giant green dildo. That typically doesn't go too well.

well you don't understand uniswap if you think buying $100 of this is a good idea. Right now gas fees to swap on uniswap are $60 and it's the only place people buy this. So buying Rubic costs $60 upfront just for the fee. So I wouldn't buy unless you buy in large increments that way you only have to pay the fee once. Buy $500 or more worth of rubic, that way you're at least getting a decent amount for paying the $60 gas fee on uniswap.

Uniswap is the place where you can exchange for Rubic. Gas fee is like a service fee for each exchange you do. So far Rubic is still unknown to the masses and so can only be exchanged/buy on certain platforms like Uniswap or Probit.
