I don't know about bags, but either way there are time frames to consider. In the near short term they plan to release features that are needed badly, but there is a lot of competition out there for DEXes because everything is open sourced. Yes you need a probit account, (dont know if you need to verify it to receive but I personally did) because that's basically your wallet, same shit as binance but it doesnt have fiat.
TRON is the blockchain that you use to transfer tether (USDT) for no fees from binance, you will see a button similar to that which is shown on the image on binance, you also need to select TRON as a deposit blockchain on probit to make sure you get the correct address, basically just click the big TRON button on binance withdraw and probit deposit and you'll get the correct wallet address.
