Guys please, is it unironically time to buy RYCEY?
All these corporations that were virtually bankrupted by Corona eventually did a 2X from their lowest points during the past couple months and as far as I can tell RYCEY isn't even bankrupt unlike, say, Theater chains.
What am I missing? Shouldn't it go back to 3 bucks at the very minimum at some point this year, even if just for a little while?

Buy KWHIY. With China's continuous growing aggression, Japan is pumping its military production up. Kawasaki Heavy Industries manufactures aerospace and marine parts for Japan's Ministry of Defence. One year is not enough to know if he's profitable long term with such big amounts of leverage. He could blow up the account any moment if it's even real. He could just open a myfxbook or bluefx account and automatically publish all his trades in a verified way rather than trusting the gains published on his website are real.

Daily advice you to take a look at the Norwegian air shuttle at this point (AFTER late feb 2021/new stock batch issue). It's also heavily 737max and corona stricken company, but it has many advantages.

1. It just released recovery plan (that will mean slower recovery to lower heights, so don't salivate over the past performance, that won't be actual for several years if ever again)
2. It is pretty important service in the north of Norway and will be always to some extent supported by the government. They just applied for more help and it looks very much like they will get it. The state today (21.1.2021) agreed to support the company again.
3. ! BEWARE! They will be issuing new batch of stocks soon to cover a part of debt, so the price of the stock will be going down first! Wait after the release! I expect the price to actually drop to some 8-10NOK! Likely even less. I wouldn't want to buy now and hold bags for months!

But at that point the price will be at it's lowest. And the company will be operating 50/150 planes with a realistic recovery plan. It will ofc depend on corona fucking off at some point. If we are still in lockdown for whole 2021, it might bankrupt, but that's kinda overall issue for all of us now..

22.1.2021 we got a simple .nfo that The Irish extended the time for decision about anti-bancrupcy cover until late feb 2021 and noted that the save plan looks solid.

I myself am now watching the price reactions in hope that I will get rid of some bags to buy more later. I will likely be holding a few bags for several months before it recovers. I believe the company survives and my average price of NOK 73 will get to some 200-500 during months after corona.

Also... just to be sure... we are talking NAS.OL ticker here. NOK here means norwegian crowns, not Nokia ticker.

I got some genuinely good advices and pitches here, so this is my contribution to our meme portfolio of corona related gambles.

it does but it involves probabilities and risk management. the problem most people have is that 1) they don't do extensive backtesting using computers to gather and analyze data, and 2) they don't like losing.

it's not about being right, it's about being profitable, as the saying goes. if you have a system that has 1:1 risk:reward and has a 55% winrate over a large sample size of trades, that's profitable. yet it means that you will lose 45% of the time, can you handle that? can you handle streaks, both winning and losing, that will occur in the short term? (flipping a coin is 50/50 but you can still get streaks of heads or tails in a row).

that's day trading TA in a nutshell. most people can't get past the fact that nothing is right 100% of the time, but it's just about being right more than being wrong, often just slight more often right than wrong. it's called having an "edge".

>VSTO seems decent though, idk what it is but the curve is good.
No... The P/E ratio is double that of its peers. This means that it is expensive... The opposite of a value stock... Of its peers, SWBI is an example of a better value. Especially because it pays a dividend. Yes, I'm comparing a growth stock to a dividend stock and viewing VSTO somewhat unfairly, but they are both powered by unrest and "Prepper" ideas that manefest themselves as "mall ninjas"... It's not a sustainable market, which makes it cyclical. The factories will only produce x amount of merch, and VSTO will fail at that P/E level, when people calm, or get real and stop buying cheap nylon gear and start darning socks like Russian serfs.

>> No.27815997

>>27815793
Yep, seems that way, even when it doesn't make sense like QCOM or QRVO right now. It seems like post-earnings dumps for TWST are short-lived, but I'm worried about how hard I'm gonna get bogged at open.

If post-earning dips are to be expected but yet not priced in (no dip before the report) it seems like an exploitable market inefficiency. Like you could short every earnings report then buy the dips and sell your bags two days later.

unironically just short volatility spikes. use the VIX for signals. you are looking for a VIX in the 30-50 range, the closer to 40-50 the better. back test it if you don't believe me. main thing you have to do is not go all-in, you need to be able to handle margin requirements in case a black swan happens, but the last two black swans were 12 years apart (2008 and 2020), and we just had one with covid last year, so it's very safe as long as you're not an idiot. otherwise it's free money because it literally, LITERALLY always goes down. it is rigged to go down.

The farther away from value territory, the more overpriced it is. This means it's creeping into short territory... And by that, I mean the way shorts were invented as a benefit to the market, by incentivizing people to curb bubbles from forming, and the resulting devastation from the bubble pop. I'm not saying I can tell the future, but I won't be putting money into that.... I will likely take up a small position in SWBI today though. It looks like a much better LEAP target to me.

F is a hold stock... It usually pays dividends. Right now, it's likely (hopefully) spending its money on developing a line of EVs. If you can reach your brokerage for 30 minutes on some of the days of the week, you should be trading deep in the money, very long duration, long calls (artificial stocks)... THey will periodically bubble to the top with profitable ones, and at that point, you sell those ones. When you get stuck with a stock, you wait until it's up, and sell calls against it. If that stock goes back down, that short call will be profitable, and you buy it back... repeat until you lose the stock... Thirty minutes of "the market is open" time, a few times a week, is super generous for doing all the trades you will ever need. Do your research while the market is closed and you have free time.

How much did that deep fucking value dude lose on GME?. I know at one time he was sitting on around 45 million in profit. Supposedly early on he made 13 million. So if he sold at 45 million he would've had 58 million total in profit. Not to put a fine point on it; but holy shit, 13 million or not but when you have 45 million extra looking at you, you sell fast as hell and let the fallout happen as it may.

>line go down
That's because several new stocks entered the market today. They won't be in the indexes, so the line going down was people selling off some of their existing positions to open positions in these new stocks. These new stocks are not in the indexes, so it makes it look like the market is down, which it is not.
