I'm pretty new to investing myself, but there is this gamer-girl friend i have, she has never had an interested in money, numbers or anything like that. Typical consoomer reddit sheep. She texted me - out of the blue, without knowing i do investments - "GME IS AT 70USD NOW OR NEVER" like 2 days ago when it already dropped. And I knew that I could not in any ways tell her she's wrong because when people are hyped they feel personaly attacked when you tell them, they are retarded. So I just said "you know you only got the money when you cash out" and she was like "OH? WHAT? YOU DON'T SAY" what completely triggered me but I ignored it, then I said her, I doubt it's a good idea because it's already being regulated and you can only buy 1 or none on different apss and she was like "yeah but here and there you still can buy and it's definitly working out because people are holding!". I didn't answer to that, next day shit was at 90 now it's gone. The worst part was that directly after our conversation she posted the same cringe on our discord server and nobody reacted. haven't heared anything about investments from her ever since. I really like her as a person but that cringe really made me laugh out loud as I saw how it just stayed at the bottom.
