it depends the country. if you are millionare in a third world shithole you are afraid of everyone, mafia, kidnappers, etc.
If you are millionare in a first world, nobody cares because most of them have acces to the same stuff as you, the only difference is the level of debt.

The difference is in attitude and how you feel about what you're doing. When you're poor, every day is stressful since you worry about how you're going to buy food or pay rent or take care of any of your expenses. You can't enjoy life because you're too worried about being able to survive (not to mention the depression that comes with wondering why you're poor, wondering what you did wrong in life that got you to that point).
