unironic answer, find a financial advisor who can put money into very conservative etfs and mutual funds. if you want to expand into crypto buy some BTC, and possibly ETH and LINK if you want some diversity. I guess this wont get the x100 gains you want but that sort of thing is hard to do if you're not (somewhat) generously speculating with your money and spending a lot of your time staying in the loop - something which is not easy to do if you're putting your time in a professional career. Im young so ill play with a bit of money but most of my cash is invested conservatively for a nest egg.
