I would get 2% per day from the apy + the fees from uniswap?
also, if the coin pumps like 10~20%, or eth, I would be at insane levels of impermanent loss, or not?

APY is estimated, the blockchain has no concept of "time", much like how most vidja games work in the concept of "frames". Typically, 60 frames would equal a second. So instead of frames its blocks here.

Assume a block takes, on average, 10 minutes. There are 525600 minutes in a full year. So that means each block you earn 1/52560 of your "APY". Obviously, as APY shifts so does the reward but the computation is easy.

Given 1000 of a token with 600% APY, that means you'd earn 0.0114% interest each block, or in this case 11.415 tokens.

holding liquidity tokens will generate fees, staking said tokens will generate tokens of whatever you are farming. look at the apy calculator on coingecko to see how much per day at what apy.

as far as impermanent loss goes, look up how an auto market maker works. essentially if both tokens go up in unison, you have little il. if one moons while the other crabs, the mooning token will automatically be swapped for the crabbing token.
