When putting in their crypto for investing reef uses will be allowed to stake reef as well. More reef means better rates so users will want to hold onto reef in order to get better returns.
Also when a LPs stake is payed out 1-10% of that stake will be in reef.

Basically why there's so much reef is that it'll encourage people to hold, and as long as the app is used it'll constantly be pumped with little bits.
