Sorry brainlet here. I don't understand how locking AOX works. Each time a positive rebase happens, locked users receive 55% of newly minted tokens and for each negative they receive coupons. How exactly do these coupons work and do you also lose tokens with a negative rebase?

With a negative rebase you have the option to burn some AOX in exchange for coupons. I think the coupons can be redeemed later at a premium, and depreciate 1% at a time slowly.

You don't have to opt to burn AOX, so if very few holders want to, the ones that DO are compensated more proportionally.
