i just wish i found fantie thread a week earlier, i'd have about four times as much. but the whole game is timing. i was so into my other (albeit successful) main crypto of choice and trying to not diversify too much because i don't have all that much liquid to invest. but i did get a decent stack and hell, if it somehow repeats history and dips to .05 i'm all in. if it continues to rise, i'll be satisfied with my stack and just invest a bit more and more.

Wrong, they do. I had a buddy who fucked up his transfer from their wallet to Hotbit and they answered within 10min of his chat open. They could not take care of his issue but James the chat help guy was there and working with him within minutes of posting his issue. So, you are wrong as I saw it happen live in real time.

They just fucking need to put better messaging in their wallet. Friend sent his FTM out of their wallet and stupidly picked the Fantom Opera Blockchain when he needed to use the Eth blockchain. His coins are now in a wallet that Hotbit owns but does not expose or use. Sucks for him but maybe one day they will implement Fantom Opera blockchain and then he will be able to access his FTM. Till then he is SOL.
