Imagine buying this shitcoin at $1600 there is absolutely zero percent chance that anyone besides newly printed tether and the absolute dumbest people in the space are buying this shitcoin at these prices. it's interesting. everyone who is bullish on eth doesn't seem to be concerned about gas fees. it seems to me though that if the problem isn't solved then eth's competitors will start gaining ground pretty fast, and if eth2 doesn't do the job, eth might never recover. this seems like a pretty big risk to me. if any clued in anons want to teach us why eth is so solid that this isn't an issue, i am all ears.
Out of all the shitcoins, I think ETH at least is trying to make efforts into progressing the project.Anything that is based on ERC20 are mostly scams like the bay area start ups suckering investors.

>>27610151> buying> not sellingwhats the difference?
>>27637676This. Anyway, the alts I bought appreciated to a similar or better level anyway.
>>27610151I forgot I had bought a few ethereum last year just for the fuck of it, easiest money ever
>>27630583what about the normal coinbase? i have trezor wallet im going to use to hodl
>>27610151Keep seething, eth is going to outperform bitcoin so much in the next months, you'll wish you bought at 1600
>>27637591What should we be using other than Robinhood?
The whole market is retardedly overbought.
I have 4.5 ETH and I'm happy with that , Any ETHchads wanna hit this ?
I got 32eth for free. Can't wait until it goes 5x and I can retire.
Bro, Ive held ETH since the $30-$40 days. Ive heard this same FUD evbery year like clock work... "Imagine buying this shitcoin for $100 knowing that nobody is gonna buy ETH this high".... "Imagine paying $60 for this shitcoin knowing its only going to zero" blah blah blah... This is a speculative market. Once Retail starts speculating that ETH is going to $10,000 a coin, the majority will hold and buy more and more and will drive the price up. Will ETH dump in the meantime? Absolutely! Will there be periods where ETH will crab walk while other alts pump 5x,10x 20x? Of course! But at the end of the day, a lot of those shit coins will drop to virtually nothing after peaking their all time high.... Ethereum is one of the few alt coins from the past bull market to break it all time high already. If this coin was worthless, it would have reflected in the price by now. Instead, it has OUTPERFORMED Bitcoin and even some alt coins despite the 2nd largest market cap in the market. You think it was coincidence that Ethereum reached the 2nd spot in the top 10?
>>27640626Binance
The more you retards bash Ethereum, the more I am convinced that this coin will rule them all and surpass BTC.Honestly anyone who doesn't believe this is either deluded or ignorant
>>27641748Exactly, its not a sprint, its a marathon. The fact that ETH takes its time and pumps slowly while other alts pump crazy high and burn out at the top only to fall back to where they started makes me know ETH is in it for the long run, not for short quick gains. Theres nothing wrong with buying a few alt coins for quick money. But like Bitcoin, ETH is a long term hodl. It will pay off one day, like it has paid off for those who bought in years and years ago
>>27641748Once bitcoin stops going up in the long term it's dead behind the posturing and 'idealism' the whole point of bitcoin is that it goes up, once it fails to do that it has no reason to exist I am not an eth holder. I have only ever bought it because it is ESSENTIAL for me to have it in order to use the network. I suspect in the future this will be true for most people out there. I thank god every day that NUO was the only exchange that let you margin trade link back then, if I'd have missed that I woudn't be a millionaire right now.
>>27641509 Prob gonna buy more next red day , Based Post fren.
>>27610151Dude people on this board told me that i was a retard for buying eth at 180$ and btc at 8400$. Its all relative.
>>27641748Agreed. I'm convinced that ETH is here to stay. I've been playing with defi the last few days and it's easy to see that eth is the future.
I live to stack ETH, most of my residual income money has been poured into ETH since 2020. I WILL FUCKING MAKE IT AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
>>27642116Then it goes down. Then it seems cheap. Then people start buying it. Then it goes up, so it has purpose. The cycle continues.
>>27642097I still dont know how much ETH should I get considering I'm new to the crypto game. I only got 5 ETH coin and I dont know if that's enough to make it in a year or two
Buying more in a few days bobo, we gonna left you in the dust bobo
>>27610568no waynot this bullrun, the fees are to high and the problem with scaling is still bigThey try to update since the last three years this fags should hurry up
>>27610568>It will be $6k in a few weeks.maybe in a year or two
>>27641509This, I used to be a BTC purist but ETH prooved itself. Im supporting ETH.
>>27642116This is the most brainlet interpretation of bitcoin I've ever read.
>>27641509If Total Value Locked in a network was the metric by which we measured a project, ETH would be ranked #1.
>>27643115The term "making it" is relative. For me, making it just means I can live comfortably without having to stress about bills all the time. If I can make 60k a year from crypto, i consider that making it.
>>27610151I bought half of one at 600, and I'm actually quite happy with that investment.
>>27643628I'm hoping for that too fren. I still feel like shit buying at 1.6k even if this soars to 2k. I just hope it doesn't crash again
>>27621898High IQ is to use shut coins to obtain more ETH.
>>27643115If you are investing less than 10k and want to make it, you need more than 100x, which you aren't getting from the big names in a single cycle unless you time it perfectly. In a year or two your eths ath will most likely 10x at most but most likely do somewhere around half that.Just think about it, 5 eth is like 8k right now, what is your make it stack, and how high will eth need to go to get there.
>>27610568You're right.>But muh feesNo one cares. Central banks are shitting out trillions and it has to go somewhere.
>>27610151>becoming more deflationary than BTC.>~3m ETH locked for 1.5 years and counting.>compounding demand for the platform. It's going way beyond $1.6k anon, take your meds.
Also, when you see redditors sell to buy depreciating assets they've always wanted to feed their inferior ego, you're at the bottom.>they're buying sports cars right now
>>27631296It's the third decade of the 21st century
>>27619291Retards don’t understand fees are free market and gas price ALWAYS goes lower when price of eth goes higher, so it stays always reasonably expensive.
>>27632686it really do be like that
>>27610151maybe tether is unironically buying up millions of ETH to create a new generation of wealthy young and excited people.:)
>>27644836Maybe they are doing it to completely destroy the eth system by making fees impractical for all of the apps it has.
This thread symbolizes the two kinds of people here: The ones who hodl, who follow trends and long term analysis and the no-coiner bobos who cope by spreading FUD. Bobo you have to realize that you dont gain anything by spreading FUD. You are just a jelous and short-sighted little bear.
Almost 4 million ETH are locked up in staking. Pretty soon thats going to lock up a huge portion of the supply, $1600 is just the beginning. ETH is going to $10k+ within the year
>>27610151im just pissed i sold all my eth at 260
>>27644681try xdai, matic or loopring... l2 dapps are out its just that no one uses them.
>>27610151imagine being this salty. cope harder faggot
>>27646652plus 7.5 million ETH locked in DeFi, plus whatever the fuck Grayscale owns
