LMT was at $440 before covid, it still dumped -40% like the rest (actually worse than the rest) and didn't go back much. You're right about the volatility other than when the whole market dumps. In fact I think shorting it might just be a good general hedge against the market dumping. I focus on genomics (ARKG components) because they swing nicely and are otherwise pretty solid growth stocks. I focus mainly on PACB and NTLA, I'm also holding TWST right now. I used the shill EDIT but it's not what it used to be. Best way to know where you are in the cycle is to look at ARKG for reference, but it's correlates a lot with the rest of the market. The bottom was reached around 6 days ago so now the upward trend is in full swing and we get +10% a day on some of these stocls, we might see the peak when ARKG reaches somewhere between $115 and $118, although it could come sooner.

I also have UUUU but it swings at a higher frequency (it goes from low to high in a day or two).

The problem with ARKK is that one it's mainly composed of very expensive shit like TSLA and it will crash down hard if the fed raises rates.
