What moves the price is marginal investors (ie investor with enough money to set the price at the margin) buying and selling from each other, or offering to buy (bid) or sell (ask) at specific prices.
At a minimum, the GME cultists could at least set GTC limit sell orders with a high price ($200?), which could theoretically (if enough do it) put upward pressure on the price, but that flies in the face of their "HOLD THE LINE" nonsense, and their rapture-like belief that GME is going to be worth thousands.
