Once you pool your tokens on Uni, it'll create a transaction with regular eth processing times. Once that goes through, on the pool page you'll see it show up under joined pools. If it doesn't just add SHIB or LEASH to your tokens on the page.

LEASH doesn't come up automatically, you need to paste the contract for it to come up. Either way your stuff is safe and still there regardless if the pool doesn't show it immediately. Looks like this.

First you need to check etherscan to make sure you don't have any pending transactions. If it is just failing that usually means that the price fluctuated while your transaction was processing. If you accept enough slippage you will be fine, but if you have slippage set to 0.5% it can fail. That is you telling uniswap that you will only accept an amount of uniswap that is at least 0.5% exact to the amount they estimated you would receive
