Putting aside memes and coins, I just got done talking with my employer's financial advisor and I'm going to open a roth IRA to have something to live on when I go full NEET. What should I invest in for long term (30 years or more) growth?

Energy is a good idea in general, it is severely undervalued right now. Once the current tech bubble bursts and the market corrects you will be happy you invested into something reliable that we will still need post-crash.
