basically, you want to be in pools with consistent apy that aren't going to scam you and change their rates out of nowhere. that leaves you with about 15%, depending on where you look, but I would recommend ryabina (creator of this website) or p2p as safe bets. I know that p2p pays out daily, which is a plus because of the compounding dividends.

Grt has a very high supply of coins. 10x that of link. This makes a marketcap problematic when a coin with this much supply goes to above $1. Look at charts for yourself. Yes, it's been only 8 months, agreed. I saved your pic, so far it's a good projection. I had 48k in Jan projection based on the previous halvenings and was wrong by a few thousand. This high right now won't last for too long. Basically door, don't count on someone's else's research.
I'm not saying that the numbers in your pic aren't relevant, I have to do more research to know if they are. I also expect the high of above 100k(nobody knows where it will fall) but not this cycle.
