Predicting a 10x is kind of hard and there's a fair amount of research that needs to be done. We both know that. Even then, anything could happen and the projects could shit the bed and go under overnight.

Reef definitely sounds good and is currently cheap. It's at 2c so a 10x to 20c in a year sounds reasonable if they keep on track with their roadmap.

Muse just released a first of it's kind DEX for trading NFTs and I feel like NFTs are the next flavor of the month. Muse claims to pay dividends proportionate to how many tokens you have vs the 400k supply to their token holders taken from sales on the dex. Currently around $3 a piece but if the dex actually works and NFTs become a fad then the sky is the limit with that one.

People love shitting on it as "muH eTh kIlLeR" but this is it. Its use could start something like the ICO craze in 2017 because its cheaper than ETH, faster and is the perfect blockchain for DeFI.

x10-20? That's a massive gain and any prediction could just as easily blow up in your face.

If we're talking x3 to x5, I would say Cosmos Atom. They have actually proven and implemented the project, the hub alone is already 2 billion market cap, lot of big advancements lined up throughout the year starting mid-late february, and massive stakeholders have shown support for beginning marketing efforts.
