salary for three employees is 600 x 3 = 1800 usd
deliver food is around 400-600 usd
electricity/gas/water 150 usd
So yeah you could make it quite easy. Taxes are really pain in the arse though. 23% 'sales tax' that you can bypass and income tax that you may bypass too in some scenarios.
