It was about 90% over the weekend.
They massively shorted it at 3 dollars, when the natural price is probably 20s now anyways, especially once Hollywood poops out everything they sat on.
It was a dumb bet, their only choice is to try to coordinate to crash it completely.

AMC is also actually erasing debt slowly, but only when the short squeeze pressure stays, their shorting is actually raising the natural price.
If you look at the largest holders as well, Fidelity and Vanguard are 1 and 3, who refuse to limit buys, and second is Blackrock who already turned a massive profit selling off a couple million near the top a few days ago.
