It means Kraken, the cryptocurrency exchange which recently became an actual legitimate bank, or something like that, just announced it is running a Chainlink node itself. Right now, they state the reason is to provide DeFi prices.

If you're not a fucking moron, though, you'll see that this eventually leads to Kraken offering proof of reserve via Chainlink and bridging more off-chain assets to Ethereum in general. Probably more.
