Yeah, $10,000 is a LOT of money for people who aren't born into luxury. I could turn that around and put a good sized downpayment on a nice plot of land I have been looking at out in Montana. Just FYI, I would DCA into 2x leveraged ETFs if they're going to be a large part of your portfolio because while you would survive if you bought at this price and if tomorrow there is a bear market or long term sideways market, it would be very uncomfy. I generally prefer high growth non-leveraged ETFs for that reason, less to worry about and the return can be almost the same, see the performance of ARKK for reference.
