I guess when you think about it there's not many situations where you'd need cash instantly aside from traveling. Plus I already have a $15k credit card and another $10k line of credit, if I needed money ASAP I have that. Most other forms of assets in my experience take at minimum a few business days to get turned into cash you can spend

I use Bitstamp and it takes a maximum of 24 hours to receive the money in your bank after selling crypto, very neat. You should of course always have some cash but like few k max, you don't need 10k sitting in your bank and losing value by the minute.
