I was into coins a few years ago, but switched over to sports cards for the last two. That's been pretty good to me, incidentally, but I still should have kept getting the occasional Silver Eagle. I spent way more on cards than I did on coins, the gambling aspect was more fun and because I had never cared about sports before the learning experience was worth it.

Bought 2 oz from small sellers today, both from the Cook Islands, one more a bullion thing, the other a gimmick colorized hockey coin.
